There is no data protection officer. The site is run by one person and meets none of the conditions in Article 37 GDPR that would require one, so the address above reaches the person who actually decides what happens to your data — not a queue.
What we process
The calculators run entirely in your browser — the room dimensions you type are never sent anywhere.
Nothing about the calculating leaves your device. The only data we ever hold is what you hand over on purpose: an email address, and only when you ask us to send you something. That is described under Emails you ask us to send below.
Advertising and cookies
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Visitors from the EEA and UK see a consent banner (Google-certified CMP). Change your choices at adssettings.google.com. More: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct and erase your data — since we store none ourselves unless you have signed up for something, this primarily concerns data processed by Google.

Emails you ask us to send
There are no accounts on this site. Nothing you do here is tied to a person, and you never have to identify yourself to use a tool.
The one thing you can give us is an email address, and only by typing it into a reminder or update form yourself.
Why we hold it. To send the one thing you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you withdraw with the unsubscribe link in every message.

Unsubscribing deletes the address itself, not just a flag on a row.
Cookies. We set no cookie to identify you. What a tool remembers about your last calculation stays in your own browser and never reaches us. Advertising and analytics cookies are separate and governed by the consent banner.
Payments. None. This site sells nothing, takes no payments and has no card data to lose.
Sending email. Reminders and updates go out through ZeptoMail (Zoho), acting as our processor, with servers in the EU. They receive your email address and the message.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The fastest route to erasure is the unsubscribe link in any message we sent you; for anything else, write to us. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection.
International transfers. The server is in the EU. Where a processor is outside the EEA, the transfer runs on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
